Like the Chest Expander, adjusting the resistance of this forearm trainer is super simple. Use the included Allen key to loosen the side screws, hook up to six springs and tighten it back up.

Unlike those old-school grip trainers that come in fixed resistance, this bad boy gives you progressive overload with 12 total springs — six light ones (about 17lb resistance each) and six heavy hitters (about 50lb resistance each) — so you can scale up, stack them, mix and match, and fine-tune your grip game to your heart’s content.

And regardless of your hand size, the three adjustable positions are spaced out in ½” increments for an ideal fit.
