The 3"x3" Cable Tower Squat Stands are a fusion of a cable crossover machine and squat rack, jammed into one overbuilt unit that still fits in your garage and allows for 100's of exercises.
These dual adjustable cable towers are built with thick 3x3” chrome uprights that boast 4-way keyhole attachments and laser-cut numbering, so you can set your heights without guessing games.
Connected by a rugged Manticore pull-up bar for added strength, stability and pull-up gains.
Compatible with our Hydra and Manticore attachment lines, and even cross-brand friendly as they are true 3x3” uprights for the commitment-phobes out there.

4- Top and bottom slot Brackets for mounting

All Hardware for assembly
Back uprights are optional, but are strongly recommended when mounting to the floor for increased stability and are required for mounting the Smith machine Rack Attachment (which can only be mounted straight up and down).
IMPORTANT: Due to their small footprint and tall height, Cable Tower squat stand MUST be bolted to the floor or wall to ensure the user and equipment’s safety. Mounting hardware is not included — we recommend Tapcon+ screws. Ships unassembled.
Cable Tower Squat Stands are NOT compatible with Hydra pull-up bars or Hydra Landmine. They are compatible with 43" and 70" Manticore Straight Pull Up Bar and Manticore Multigrip Pull Up Bar. The Manticore Adjustable Pull Up Bar is compatible, but must be mounted on the front upright and will limit handle height on the towers.
